We have clients who demand a 1 hour response for an engineer on site, other clients 4 or more hours is adequate. Conversly we are able to offer you whatever package you require, down to the “pay as you go”, whereby if your system develops a fault, simply call us and an engineer will attend site carry out the repairs and bill you accordingly on a time and materials basis – easy.
